Theo Paphitis, the Dragon’s Den Judge chose Silver Concierge as one of the winners of his Small Business Sunday Awards #SBS on 10 July 2011. We are thrilled that Theo recognises the value of the range of excellent services that we provide to our clients and the level of customer service satisfaction that we provide.
Silver Concierge was also shortlisted for no less than three national Social Media Buzz Awards Golden Twits 2011 organised by The Drum for the best use of social media and communicating with customers - for Customer Service, Business to Consumer Services and Business to Business. Currently a small regional business we were really delighted to achieve 2nd place in Customer Service and 4th in Business to Consumer when up against very large public bodies and businesses.
Silver Concierge was nominated for New Business of the Year 2012 in the Enterprise Vision Awards. There were several rounds and Louise was thrilled when Silver Concierge reached the final shortlist of just 6 businesses in the north west area. In the end she was pipped at the post in the final public voting round but was delighted to have achieved this public recognition of the effort and work involved to set up a business especially during a recession and then see it grow from strength to strength.
Everyone who joins Silver Concierge must be able to demonstrate a genuine commitment to clients, as well as having a wealth of practical skills and experience and we reward them for this expertise and customer service as they deserve it.
You can be confident that our personal assistants are individually insured and have been fully CRB checked. Louise insists on following up personal references thoroughly before accepting anyone new.
The tradespeople we can supply to you can’t always be CRB checked but they will have come to us through recommendation, always carry full public liability insurance and have been thoroughly vetted before being added to our register.

Our values of honesty, integrity, discretion and confidentiality are therefore central to everything we do. We believe in offering a fairly-priced friendly and professional service to all who need us.
We have built up and continue to develop a list of useful tradespeople and other professionals though referrals from our wide range of networking contacts.
We will give recommendations for those contacts where we or our clients have used the services ourselves. We will make this clear in our discussions with you if the contact has been recommended by others rather than from our own personal experience.
